Step one: First off, you need to launch the Settings app from your home screen and then select Mail to proceed

Step two: Next up, you now need to tap on Accounts at the top. Once you are in, tap on Add Account and move to the next step

Step three: Once you are done, you will be presented with a list of all email clients you can add to your iPhone or iPad. If your email service is not listed, you simply need to tap on Other at the bottom

Step four: You simply need to select your preferred email service from the list and then enter your email and password. After that, you need to select all services you want to use with your newly created email account

Step five: Hit the Save button and you are all done.

If you now use the Mail app with a Google account, you should know that it doesn’t include support for push notification. This means that you won’t get alerts on your iPhone when new emails come in. However, you can change that. Here is how.

Step three: Navigate to the bottom and tap on “Fetch New Data”. Once you are in, select your option at the bottom.
