Step one: First off, you need to launch the Settings app from your home screen. After that, scroll down a little bit and tap General to proceed

Once you have enabled Voice Control on your iPhone, you can trigger it by simply pressing and holding the Home button. From the menu, you can play your playlist, skip, return and even more without internet connection.
Step one: Launch the Music app on your iPhone and play a song
