Steps to control AirPods using Voice Control (no internet required)

Step one: First off, you need to launch the Settings app from your home screen. After that, scroll down a little bit and tap General to proceed

Step two: Next up, tap on Accessibility. Once you are in, you simply need to tap on Home button

Step three: Once you are done, navigate to Press and hold to speak section and tap Voice Control

Step one: Launch the Music app on your iPhone and play a song

Step three: Now just simply ask the app to play or skip the song.
