Step one: First off, head over to this link on your iPhone paired with your Watch and sign in with your developer account
Step two: Once you are done, you simply need to go to watchOS 4 download page. Once you are in, hit Download watchOS 4 beta configuration beta and select Apple Watch to proceed
Step three: Next up, you simply need to tap on Install and insert your pass-code. After that, hit Install again to confirm your action
Step four: Hit the Restart button to restart your Apple Watch. Once your Apple Watch finishes rebooting, the watchOS beta certificate will be installed on your device.

Once the watchOS beta certificate has been installed on your watch, the next step is to install watchOS 4 beta on your Watch. Here is how you can do that.
Step one: You first need to launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone (Be sure that your iPhone is now connected to a Wi-Fi network)
Step two: Select My Watch tab at the bottom right corner of the screen and then hit General
Step three: Next up, you need to tap on Software update and hit Download and Install at the bottom
Step four: Enter your iPhone passcode and the hit Agree to continue. Once you are done, hit Install on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
